Guest Lectureship
International guest lectureships are key elements of the systematic and sustainable establishment of the internationalization of teacher education. They offer students international perspectives on a variety of teaching-related topics and encourage critical thinking and self-reflection. Hence, they promote the development of intercultural competences and thus the development of international profiles of student teachers at FAU.
Considering the positive effects that guest lecturers have regarding the internationalization of teacher education, “FAU Teacher Education International” supports international cooperation through guest lectureships. Cooperation is possible in the subject-related studies and subject-related didactics, as well as in social and educational sciences. Within the framework of the project, we support you in your search for suitable cooperation partners. The possibility of a financial support by the project can be examined if necessary. For this purpose, please contact the project assistant Ms. Maren Hanneken.
In addition, you can get advice on possibilities for guest lectureships from abroad from the Central Office for International Affairs (S-INTERNATIONAL).
